Prove me wrong, but once you start doing cable overhead triceps extensions one arm at a time, you'll never go back to doing them both arms at a time with the rope. That said, not all setups are created equal. My opinion is that the best way to do cable overhead triceps extensions is facing sideways, with the cable behind you and the working arm on the side facing away from the cable. #fyp #fitness #gym #bodybuilding
